Hold your wedding on our tropical paradise on Koh Tao island with the stunning surroundings of Mae Haad beach, our professional team will help youto create ever lasting memories. A traditional Thai wedding ceremony blessed by buddhist monks or a simple western style wedding are choices you can make. We co-ordinate with you in all aspects i.e. exchange your vows, wedding rundown precedures, etc to make sure that your most special occation will be memorized. Traditional Thai Wedding Package

• One night accommodation in a honeymoon set-up in a Deluxe room with in-room floral decoration (Special 11:00 AM early check-in)
• Room service breakfast to your room in the morning after your wedding day.
• Beach front buddhist wedding ceremony with floral decoration around the ceremonial area
• Water blessings include placing flower garland around the necks of bride and groom, painting of three forehead dots, placing of scared head slings and water blessing.
• One large seasonal bridal bouquet and buttonhole flowers for groom.
• A 2 pound wedding cake.
• A bottle of sparkling wine for toasting.
• Fish releasing and "love tree" planting to bring luck and happiness to the couple.
• 36 photos in 4” x 6” plus digital photo CD (please allow 7 days for processing; package can be couriered to an international address at 500 THB postal charge)
• Private candle light dinner for the couple with a bottle of house white or red wine at Taste of The Orient Restaurant.
• All the flower decoration and bouquet during the party will be decorated by available local flowers within its season

Western wedding Package

• Wedding ceremony setting beach front, floral decoration for the ceremonial area.
• One large seasonal bridal bouquet.
• A 2 pound wedding cake.
• A bottle of sparkling wine for toasting.
• 36 photos in 4” x 6” plus digital photo CD (please allow 7 days for processing; package can be couriered to an international address at 500 THB postal charge)
• Private candle light dinner for the couple with a bottle of house white or red wine at Taste of The Orient Restaurant.
• Fish releasing to bring lucky and happiness to the couple
• All the flower decoration and bouquet during the party will be decorated by available local flowers within its season

Optional Extras

• A la carte buffet dinner a minimum of 20 persons at Taste of The Orient Restaurant.
• Cocktail reception including beer, house wine, soft drink and fruit juice - 1500 THB per person.
• Live entertainment featuring Thai classical dance - 12000 THB.
• Pre-wedding spa treatment this includes 1 hour of facial and body aromatic massage and herbal steam bath - 3500 THB per person.
• Hairdressing and make up for bride - 5000 THB, additional 1000 THB each for bridesmaid or friends.
• Additional bouguet for bridesmaid - 1000 THB .
• Video recording - 10000 THB.
• Fire Spin Show - 7000 THB.
• Fire Works (3 minutes) - 10000 THB.

• Additional pound for cakes -400 THB /pound for vanilla cake, 550 THB / pound for chocolates cake.
• Additional bottle of sparkling wine for toasting – 2,000 THB (5 glasses).

If a license required, you need to send us a confirmed written evidence that you are allowed to get married with your legal civil status. Your embassy in Bangkok will be able to provide this form. Once you are in Thailand, you need to present yourself at your embassy in Bangkok, together with your passport for the form being stamped. The form will then be translated into Thai by an authorized translator who will use a stamp that other Thai authorities will accept. This form ned to be sent to to the legalization and naturalization department in Bangkok, they will need five full working days to process it. The Koh Tao Montra Resort will be happy to assist you with any special or unique ideas you may have for your special occasion.

Book your wedding

We require a non-refundable deposit payment for 10000 THB to lock in the date of your choice and to secure our services in organizing your wedding for you. We do not require any further payment until 60 days before the date of your wedding when we will request the total 50% (less B10,000 deposit). At 30 days before the date of your wedding, we request the balance amount (50%) of the wedding package quoted including optional extras.

Please note that these prices can be subject to change and we will attempt to keep you informed as best as possible.

A wedding date is not confirmed until we received the deposit payment. Upon receipt of deposit payment, a wedding date can be changed subject to availability at no additional cost, but no refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation. We never organize more than one wedding a day so once a deposit is paid, that date is locked out for that wedding alone.
