Cancellation/No-show Policy:
1.No-show:
December 21, 201 - January 10, 2011: Full amount of room charges will be charged.
July 1 - August 31, 2010: Two night room charges will be applied.
2. Cancellation/Early check-out::
July 1 - August 31, 2010, December 21-January 10, 2011: Notification of cancellation must be received within 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise 2 night room charge will be charged.
January 11 - June 30, September 1 - December 20, 2010: Notification of cancellation must be received within 7 days prior to arrival date, otherwise 1 night room rate will be charged.
Cancellation fee in all cases, Baht500/room to be deducted from the deposit plus bank fee.
